What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the property postcode, the service you are interested in and anything you write in your message.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our website statistics are anonymous and cookie-free.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange any visit you ask for (our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract).
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you (our legitimate interest in running the business).

We never sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that make the website work: our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare), which also screens out spam, and our email delivery provider ([EMAIL PROVIDER, e.g. Resend]). They process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after [12 months]. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as needed for the work and to meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
